Our Plastic Countersunk Hinges offer a lightweight, strong, and durable solution for a wide range of hinge applications. Ideal for use with aluminium extrusions as well as general machinery, cabinets, doors, and hatches, these hinges provide reliable performance with a professional, low-profile appearance. The countersunk mounting holes ensure flush installation, and the hole spacing is perfectly suited for 30mm and 40mm aluminium profile extrusions when used with T-nuts.

Available in two sizes, both with 7mm countersunk bore holes, these hinges are designed for versatility:

• Large hinge: 64mm x 64mm, 40mm x 40mm open hole distance, 19mm open thickness, 13mm plate thickness

• Small hinge: 48mm x 48mm, 30mm x 30mm open hole distance, 16mm open thickness, 11mm plate thickness

Manufactured from glass-filled nylon with a zinc-plated steel pin, these hinges are built for strength, corrosion resistance, and long-lasting performance. Stocked in black as standard, our plastic countersunk hinges are suitable for doors, gates, machinery enclosures, panels, and aluminium profiles.
