Bonnet Latches

Our Bonnet Latches are robust and made from Stainless Steel and Chloroprene Rubber which has an anti-freeze property. They can be used in environments where they are exposed to oil and chemicals due to their resistant properties.

These Bonnet Latches are commonly used in automotive applications on enclosures, cabinets, hoods and bonnets. This latch is perfect for these securing applications because the rubber latch provides a dampening effect to remain secure against vibrations whilst driving, and prevent rattling.

Bonnet latches are ideal for use within the Automotive industry and have a temperature range of between -30°C up to 100°C when in constant use. During shorter periods of time, these Bonnet Latches can be used at a temperature range of between -40°C up to 120°C.

Because these Bonnet Latches have been designed for external use, they also have ozone and weather aging resistance properties, as well as having a low flammability rate; ensuring that they do not erode and remain secure for the duration of their use.
