Hex Weld Nuts DIN 929

Hex Weld Nuts are manufactured to DIN 929 and spot welded onto surfcaes to create a permanent female threaded fixing. The Hexagon Weld Nuts have 3 projections which are melted and fused to the object during the welding process. We stock these nuts in A2 and A4 Stainless Steel in sizes from M3 to M16.

Hexagon Weld Nuts have a centre projection which can be used to centre the nut into a pre-existing hole, removing the need for a locating pin or any additional jigging.

As an alternatvie, we also stock Square Weld Nuts which have 4 projections and a larger surace area. We also stock Male Threaded Weld Studs.
