This 90mm x 50m adhesive foil tape combines a 75-micron metal foil backing with an acrylic bonding layer. The wider backing can span broad seams on suitable panels and ducting. For suitable ventilation and insulation work, it may be used as aluminium foil duct tape.
What Is Aluminium Foil Tape?
Unlike fabric-backed tapes, aluminium foil tape has a metal foil surface. The strip is cut from the roll and applied directly over an appropriate join or area to be masked. In appropriate insulation work it serves as aluminium foil tape for insulation-facing joins.
