115mm x 50m Aluminium Foil Tape – 75 Microns, Silver Acrylic Adhesive
For applications needing a 115mm strip, this 50m roll of foil tape provides a 75-micron aluminium foil backing and acrylic adhesive. This width suits continuous coverage of larger prepared surfaces where foil tape is specified.
What Is Aluminium Foil Tape?
The aluminium foil provides a reflective metal face, while the acrylic adhesive attaches it to an appropriate substrate. Smooth application helps maintain contact along the taped area. In appropriate insulation work it serves as aluminium foil tape for insulation-facing joins.
Common Applications
- Panel joining: Taping wide joins on compatible foil-backed panels or sheets.
- Foil-faced insulation: Spanning broader joints between compatible insulation facings.
- Ventilation ductwork: Applying a wide strip over prepared duct seams and joining areas.
- Surface masking: Covering larger specified workpiece areas before industrial finishing.
