What are lockable washers?
Lockable washers work by creating tension or increased surface friction once a fastener is tightened. Spring and curved washers apply a constant axial force that helps maintain clamp load over time, while serrated washers use internal or external teeth to bite into the mating surface and resist rotation. Square Section Spring Washers (DIN 7980)
