Vital Parts are able to offer custom-made washers in a range of materials. We are able to turn, stamp or water-jet cut custom washers depending on the requirement.
In order to fulfil your enquiry we will need to know, the Internal Diameter, Outside Diameter, Thickness and Material.
If your custom washer is not round, please inform us of all dimensions or provide us with a drawing.

Common Materials
Nylon
Avaliable in Natural and Black and commonly used as a lighter alternatvie to metal washers
Neoprene
Commonly used to seal in plumbing and insulate in electrical applications
Stainless Steel
Available in A2 or A4 Marine Grade and commonly used for its corrosion resistance
Silicone
Avaliable in a range of colours and perfect for use in high temp or food contract applications
Fibre
Commonly in Teal or Red, these washers are used for electrical insulation or water contact
PEEK
PEEK is ideal for aerospace applications due to its light weight and heat resistance
PTFE
Also known as Teflon, these washers have a low coefficient of friction or non-stick property
FKM
Also known as Viton, these washers are able to withstand extreme chemicals and heat
EPDM
EPDM is commonly used in vehicles for sealing and anti-vibration
Felt
Commonly used for noise reduction as "anti-squeak" pads or to protect surfaces
Aluminium
