Gaskets

Our selection of Flange & Pipe Gaskets has been carefully chosen from a selection of high spec materials, each being tried and tested to rigorous standards on site. One of the most common solutions that we have on offer include Rubber Gaskets, these are regularly employed for external uses thanks to the ideal characteristics that they provide against factors such as high temperatures and alkali’s. Despite the popularity of the Rubber Gaskets, alternate versions such as Non Asbestos X/Y may also be used to provide increased resistance to particular factors such as asbestos or petrol when employed inside certain industries.

We have two different types of Gasket solutions available inside our range, these being Insertion Gaskets & Full Face Gaskets. Each of these products is made to order using a CNC machine to provide a reliable solution that can provide a high quality seal around the flange of a pipe, providing a compression seal where-required.

Different Gasket Solutions We Offer:
  • Full Face Type - For protecting and sealing off the full face of a pipe flange
  • Insertion Type - Acts as a washer which can be inserted for sealing and joining
Materials Available For Flange Gaskets
  • EPDM / Nitrile / SBR
  • Non Asbestos X / Y
  • Reinforced Graphite

Our Selection of Gaskets

Full Face Gaskets
Our collection of Flange gaskets and Pipe gaskets includes a number of Rubber Gasketing solutions in selectively different materials, some of which including Nitrile, SBR & EPDM. Flange Gaskets are a widely used part for the covering and protection of a pipe flange, along with Pipe Gaskets which work to seal off the flanged area around a pipe. Equipped with bolt holes for security these gaskets carry a number of ideal resistance properties which are required for such a heavy duty use, these factors include high temperature resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance and a whole lot more. Full Face types are suggested over insertion for any Pipe Flange that has bolt holes, especially ones that are heavy and for external usage. Always make note of the specification for your requirements and let us know, this will help us come back to you with the perfect solution.
Insertion Gaskets
Our Rubber Gaskets selection includes a number of solutions for use as Pipe Gaskets or Flange Gaskets. Rubber Gaskets are one of the most sought after components inside this range due to their ideal resistance properties that they hold. The rubber versions kept in stock have excellent resistance against factors such as Acids / Alkali's, making them ideal for use either as Flange Gaskets or Pipe Gaskets where-required. When it comes to uses, the Flange type are used to cover the flange of a pipe and come in two different variants, Insertion or Full face, full face covering the full face of the flange to provide an overall protection. Insertion however, as previously mentioned are used by 'inserting' them in between two pieces of metal, whether it is a pipe or round poles.
