Our Liquid Tight Snap In Vent Plugs are manufactured from a Nylon 6/6 body with an ultrasonically welded Acrylic Copolymer Filter fitted internally, complete with an integral sealing flange washer to ensure liquid tight properties (IP 65, 67 & 68 Rated). This filter membrane provides both hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, to ensure your application is contamination free from moisture or particulate. Typically these Snap In Liquid Tight Vent Plugs are used to allow the dissipation of air for venting purposes with heat resistance from -40°C (-40°F) to 105°C (221°F), whilst simultaneously preventing moisture and liquid intrusion to your panel or housing. 

We stock these Snap In Liquid Tight Vent Plugs to fit industry standard holes sizes including 12.7mm, 22.2mm and 28.6mm, each having an approximate head thickness of 5.3mm. These can be installed without the use of tools, for panel thicknesses of up to 3.2mm for each size we stock.
