Manufactured from Mild Steel Bright Zinc Plated, it features a 6.4mm bolt hole, 15mm inside diameter and 13mm height. The central opening maintains clearance for the protruding thread while the surrounding enclosure reduces access to the nut, creating a permanent anti-tamper finish without cutting the stud flush.
What Are Open NoGo™ Security Nut Caps?
Open NoGo™ security nut caps are permanent two-part enclosures developed for nuts fitted on projecting bolts or studs. The base is assembled with the fixing, then the open insert is hammered into position around the exposed thread. This central clearance allows the thread to remain in place while the nut is shielded from conventional tools.
