Our Plastic Countersunk Hinges offer a lightweight, strong, and durable solution for a wide range of hinge applications. Ideal for use with aluminium extrusions as well as general machinery, cabinets, doors, and hatches, these hinges provide reliable performance with a professional, low-profile appearance. The countersunk mounting holes ensure flush installation, and the hole spacing is perfectly suited for 30mm and 40mm aluminium profile extrusions when used with T-nuts.
Available in two sizes, both with 7mm countersunk bore holes, these hinges are designed for versatility:

Manufactured from glass-filled nylon with a zinc-plated steel pin, these hinges are built for strength, corrosion resistance, and long-lasting performance.
