Our pry out blanking plugs, available in both standard and pronged types, are designed to offer secure yet easily removable protection for panel openings. Instead of using locking steps like traditional plugs, these use retaining fingers or tapered prongs to stay in place—making them ideal for applications where future access may be needed.
They are manufactured from UL94V-2 rated Nylon 6/6, providing excellent durability and temperature resistance. Standard versions can withstand temperatures from -40°C to 105°C, while pronged types are suitable for 0°C to 85°C. This makes them versatile for various uses, including temporary hole sealing, tube-end closures, or even as feet on small appliances such as microwaves.
Each plug features a matte, flat head that sits flush to the panel surface, typically with a low profile of around 1.6mm. We offer these in both natural and black finishes, with sizes to fit mounting holes from 4.7mm to 63.5mm, and a range of panel thicknesses.
