5.5mm x 9.5mm O Profile U Channel Rubber Edge Trim (For 1.6mm Panel) 50m EPDM
Sized for 1.6mm panels with a 5.5mm panel depth, 9.5mm overall depth, 9.5mm width and 50m roll length, this black EPDM o profile u channel rubber edge trim provides rubber edging for thin sheet, light trim sections and fine enclosure edges. The profile uses an O profile form for cushioned edge coverage where a rounded outside face is useful while the balanced depth coverage without adding excessive bulk pairs with a practical face width for everyday panel protection.
For the 5.5mm x 9.5mm profile in a 50m roll, the 1.6mm panel fit and 9.5mm overall depth make this trim suitable for continuous production, warehouse stock and repeat installation programmes. It can be pressed into place during assembly or finishing work and the flexible rubber body helps absorb knocks and reduce edge wear, helping protect exposed edges from handling damage, vibration marks and unfinished surfaces.
