Prepared for 1.5mm - 3mm panels with a 12mm panel depth, 15mm overall depth, 6mm width and 50m roll length, this black EPDM u channel rubber edge trim provides industrial trim work for variable gauge panels and sheet edges. The profile uses a U channel form for wrapping around exposed sheet edges with a secure push on grip while the deeper protection for more prominent edge lines pairs with a narrow visible face for compact finishing work.
For the 12mm x 6mm profile in a 50m roll, the 1.5mm - 3mm panel fit and 15mm overall depth make this trim suitable for continuous production, warehouse stock and repeat installation programmes. It pushes over the prepared edge without specialist tooling and the non-metallic profile avoids corrosion on exposed trim lines, helping protect exposed edges from handling damage, vibration marks and unfinished surfaces.
