The M24 Shear Nut Galvanised Mild Steel is a tamper-proof fixing manufactured from Galvanised Mild Steel for excellent durability and corrosion resistance. These permanent fasteners are designed to shear at a predetermined torque, leaving a secure cone shape that cannot be easily removed or tampered with.
What Are Shear Nuts?
Shear nuts provide permanent security for installations by breaking off their hexagonal heads when tightened to the correct torque. The remaining body is conical and featureless, resisting removal without damaging the installation.
