Designed for M5 nuts with a 8mm across flats size, this M5 exposed stud protection cap provides a neat push-fit cover where a short exposed thread needs protection.
The LDPE body gives a flexible fit with good resistance to seawater, oils, greases and many non-oxidising chemicals, making it suitable for external and industrial environments. Because this version is lock nut suitable, it can be used on compact nut arrangements where shorter coverage is required.
