The Triple Detent Plastic Hinges are lightweight and strong, made from a high impact resistant thermoplastic, and can hold doors, lids and hatches open at three predetermined angles without the need for gas struts. These hinges can be used on cabinets and enclosures in various industries, including IT, HVAC, manufacturing machinery, processing equipment and telecoms equipment.
This black Triple Detent Plastic Hinge has a height of 54mm and a width of 45mm. The 4.5mm mounting holes are spaced out by a height of 32mm and a width of 27mm. The hinge has a thickness of 14mm. It has Detent at the following angles: 0° / 120° / 170°.
The hinges come with caps to hide and protect the mounting hardware and have a hinge positioning torque of 0.8Nm, with a radial load of 150N and axial load of 150N.
