Our Thin Head Round Tube Inserts are a popular solution suited towards providing a high end finish where the head is hidden, or flush to a required tube. Manufactured from a strong and reliable LDPE Plastic, these work to ensure a long-lasting solution. They are commonly found inside many sign posts or tubular based products to finish off or to prevent ingress.
All of the inserts we offer below come with ribs which have been designed to retract and keep the insert tight and sturdy inside the application at all times. Also known as 'Hidden Head Round Inserts', these products get their name from their ability to keep the head of the insert hidden from view, making these an ideal aesthetic solution.
We stock a variety of lengths and sizes of Round Thin Head Inserts between 10mm and 88.9mm to ensure we have the best possible size for a flush fit to your application. To get the best fitment we recommend matching your internal diameter with our 'To Fit Tube' size range listed below, or you can also test fitment for larger projects by requesting a free sample.
Please note that most thin head inserts are stocked in Grey, White & Black colour ways.
