Stainless Steel Wings Nuts DIN 315 (Butterfly Nuts)
Our Stainless Steel Wing Nuts, also known as Butterfly Nuts, are manufactured to DIN 315 from high performance stainless steel, which provides an excellent level of resistance and strength across medium to heavy loads. These Wing Nuts have two wings to allow for fastening of the nut by hand. The DIN 315 Wing Nuts have a countersunk screw thread on the bearing face side at 120 degrees, down to the thread diameter.
Most commonly used in conjunction with Bolts and Machine Screws, these products are used to hold fasteners in place, joining two or more parts together. We also offer Knurled Thumb Nuts.
