Designed for roofing fixings, cladding and external sheet-metal work, this 6.7mm x 19mm metal and rubber sealing washer uses a metal washer bonded directly to an EPDM sealing element. Tightening the compatible fixing compresses the rubber against the mating surface which helps reduce the path for water, air or compatible fluids around the hole.
What Are Bonded Sealing Washers?
Bonded Sealing Washers combine a metal washer with a bonded rubber sealing element. As the fixing is tightened the rubber compresses against the mating surface while the metal ring spreads the clamping load, helping create a sealed joint around the fastener.
These bonded seal washers combine a metal support ring with a bonded elastomer seal for suitable bolted and screwed connections.
