This 14mm x 45mm heat shrink cap is ideal for maintenance teams repairing frayed cable ends or covering unused conductors during site work. It is a heat shrink end seal manufactured from Polyolefin and supplied in black finish for reliable cable end protection.
This heat shrink cap has a maximum internal diameter of 14mm and will shrink down to a diameter of 5.0mm. Once heated, the cap forms a close protective layer that helps reduce moisture exposure and everyday abrasion on the finished end. The 2.20mm wall thickness and 30°C and 70°C temperature range should be checked against the installation environment before ordering.
