This 14mm x 55mm heat shrink cap is built for cable ends that benefit from extra length coverage while still using a shrink-down internal diameter. It is a extended heat shrink cap manufactured from Polyolefin and supplied in black finish for reliable cable end protection.
This heat shrink cap has a maximum internal diameter of 14mm and will shrink down to a diameter of 5.0mm. The 55mm internal length makes it useful where more of the cable jacket needs covering beyond the immediate conductor end. The 2.20mm wall thickness and 30°C and 70°C temperature range should be checked against the installation environment before ordering.
