This 62mm x 140mm heat shrink cap is built for bulkier wiring assemblies where a wide starting diameter is needed before the cap is heat shrunk into position. It is a wide polyolefin shrink cap manufactured from Polyolefin and supplied in black finish for reliable cable end protection.
This heat shrink cap has a maximum internal diameter of 62mm and will shrink down to a diameter of 23.0mm. The 62mm maximum internal diameter gives clearance during fitting while the cap still reduces down for a more secure finish. The 3.50mm wall thickness and 30°C and 70°C temperature range should be checked against the installation environment before ordering.
