This industrial M72 x 105.0mm Nord-Lock® Washer | A4 Stainless Steel is suited to bolted connections that require a vibration-resistant safety washer for bolted joints. It is sized for M72 fasteners and has a 75.1mm internal diameter, 105.0mm outside diameter and 9.00mm overall thickness. Made from A4 stainless steel, this washer is ideal where corrosion resistance and compatibility with stainless fasteners are important. It provides a reusable mechanical locking method for many correctly specified bolted connections.
What Are Nord-Lock® Washers?
These anti-vibration washers work in pairs. The inward-facing cams create the locking mechanism and the outward-facing teeth hold against the surrounding surfaces. As the cam angle is greater than the thread pitch angle, the bolt would need to stretch before it could rotate loose, helping the assembly retain clamp force.
