The M80 x 115.0mm Nord-Lock® Washer | A4 Stainless Steel combines accurate dimensions with proven wedge-locking geometry to create an effective mechanical locking washer. The M80 format incorporates a 83.1mm bore, a 115.0mm outer diameter and a total thickness of 9.00mm. Manufactured from A4 stainless steel, it is suited to applications where a durable, corrosion-resistant locking solution is required. What Are Nord-Lock® Washers?
Unlike conventional friction-based lock washers, Nord-Lock® washers use cam geometry to secure the bolted joint. The two washers are fitted cam-to-cam, leaving their serrated faces outward. When the fastener tries to rotate, the cams force an increase in bolt tension, which opposes further loosening.
