Nylon Hex Nuts

Metric DIN 934, also known as DIN 555, Nylon Hex Nuts pair perfectly with all of our externally threaded products, such as Nylon Screws, threaded rods and threaded PCB Standoffs. These Hex Nuts can be used with a spanner or a socket drive. Our Nylon Hex Nuts are made from Nylon 66.

We also supply Nylon Washers for use in conjuction with other Nylon Fasteners.

The use of Nylon is recommended over their metal counterparts for their extensive range of properties. They feature a rustproof, non-conductive and lightweight solution. Nylon offers the same level of strength as metal, but without some of the drawbacks. For use in high performance installations, Nylon is often the preferred material to use. This is thanks to its ability to be melted out of applications, whereas metal will never provide this level of flexibility.

Furthermore, our Nylon Hex Nuts are Flame Rated to UL 94-V2. You can read more about UL 94 ratings within our blog post 'The Complete Guide To UL 94 Ratings'

As a manufacturer, we are able to supply a large range of options for each nut type, with several sizes and colors available for most solutions. We have the ability to produce a custom solution if there is not an existing option available within our current product range. If you're unsure about the size or any product information, we urge you to get in touch.

Available in a range of Black and White Nylon Hex Nut sizes, including M2, M2.5, M3, M3.5, M4, M5, M6, M8, M10, M12 and M16.
