EPDM Full Face Gaskets
Our EPDM Gaskets are commonly used within applications that frequently come into contact with areas where hygienic properties are required, making them excellent for use with water pipes and similar applications.
EPDM Full Face Gaskets are WRAS approved and made to premium quality standards which ensure excellent resistance against factors such as weathering, high temperature, and ozone wear.
Each EPDM Gasket that we offer has a range of optimal working temperatures and working requirements which determine their best uses. See the key data listed below for all relevant information.
Please note that all of our gaskets are CNC / cut to order, so can be made to any requirements.
EPDM Material Specifications:
- Minimum Continuous Working Temperature -15°c
- Maximum Continuous Working Temperature +100°c
- Maximum Intermittent Working Temperature +110°c
- Indentation hardness: 70 IRHD -4+5
- Compression set 70 degrees for 22 hours - 20% Max
- WRAS approval for use with cold water only
