Our Lock Position Index Plungers are a spring loaded form of plunger, coming from standard with a 90° locking rest position which can be activated by rotation. Manufactured from a combination of either burnished steel or stainless steel, as well as a thermoplastic, these feature a threaded body which works well for heavy duty applications requiring a locking mechanism.
Lock Position Index Plungers are often employed by manufacturers during the production of a product, providing a quality locking mechanism to fix or position an object once released. Common examples can include panel catches to open or close an appliance door. As a threaded product, we keep different options available at all times, giving you a choice based on your preferences.
