Nylon Washers

Our nylon washers provide a lightweight non-conductive solution for insulation vibration damping and torque spreading in industrial and engineering assemblies. The plastic washer is designed to sit between components and these washers reduce movement minimise wear and help extend the service life of fixings fasteners and completed installations.

Manufactured from durable Nylon 66 nylon washers offer an effective alternative to metal washers delivering similar load distribution and vibration reduction without corrosion added weight or electrical conductivity. This makes them particularly well suited to machinery electrical applications panel mounting and assemblies where metal to metal contact needs to be avoided.

Plastic washers are commonly used where isolation between dissimilar materials is required helping to prevent galvanic corrosion reduce noise and absorb minor shock loads. Their natural resistance to moisture oils fuels and many chemicals also makes them suitable for use in demanding industrial environments and outdoor applications.

These Plastic washers are available in a wide range of metric sizes from M2 to M39 our nylon washers support both standard production requirements and ongoing maintenance schedules. Their consistent dimensions and material properties make them ideal for repeat procurement across manufacturing maintenance and assembly operations. Full size availability is listed in the product table below with samples available on request.

Range of other styles available, including Rubber, Peek, and Anti-Loss Versions.
