Unthreaded Weld Studs - ISO 13918 Type UT

Our Unthreaded Weld Studs, manufactured to ISO 13918 standard, offer exceptional versatility for a wide range of attachment applications. These studs provide a blank canvas for subsequent machining or other attachment methods, allowing for customized solutions to meet your specific requirements. Our Weld Studs are designed for use in CD (Capactior Discharge) welding, commonly used to stud welding. CD Welding melts the tip of the stud to form a strong weld very quickly, without noticible deforming the surface material.

Unthreaded Weld Stud Features:

  • ISO 13918 Compliant: Ensures consistent quality and performance.
  • Unthreaded Design: Provides flexibility for subsequent machining operations, such as threading, drilling, or tapping.

Available in High-Quality Materials:

  • Stainless Steel: Offers excellent corrosion resistance and is ideal for demanding environments.
  • Copper Plated Steel: Provides excellent weldability and corrosion resistance.

Versatile Applications: Suitable for a wide range of applications, including:

  • Machining and Fabrication: Serve as a base for subsequent machining operations to create custom attachments.
  • Assembly: Can be used as a foundation for various assembly methods, such as gluing, bonding, or mechanical fastening.
