The SQ025 is a 20mm x 20mm black LDPE square tube insert with a 5mm head height and 11.5mm insert length. The 20mm square hollow section is a cornerstone size in UK furniture and light structural fabrication - table legs, bed frames, clothing rails, retail shelving uprights and commercial racking all regularly use 20mm SHS. The wall thickness range of 0.8 to 2.5mm means this one insert fits thin-walled display tube and standard-gauge furniture tube alike. The ribbed push-fit design compresses slightly on entry for a secure fit, then locks against pull-out. No tools needed. Black LDPE is flexible, impact resistant and will not corrode indoors or in sheltered outdoor use.
