M10 x 1mm Socket Pipe Plug DIN 906 | A2 Stainless Steel
Designed for sealing internally threaded ports, this M10 socket pipe plug is manufactured to DIN 906 with a M10 thread size, 1mm pitch, 8mm length and H5 hex socket drive. It is used for closing pipe ends, sealing threaded ports and protecting internal threads in hydraulic systems.
A2 stainless steel, commonly equivalent to 304, offers dependable strength and corrosion resistance for many internal threaded components. The tapered thread helps create a tight mechanical seal, while the internal hex drive allows fitting and removal with an Allen key in confined areas. It is particularly useful as a taper thread plug where engineers need a reliable Allen key fitting for a serviceable threaded port seal.
