Designed for electrical panel sealing and future cable routing, this liquid tight break through plug fits a 12.7mm mounting hole and accepts cable diameters from 2mm-5.1mm. The 23.4mm head diameter gives a clean cover over the panel face while the Nylon & TPE construction supports liquid tight protection in demanding installations.
The plug is made from co-moulded Nylon 6/6 and TPE rubber, combining a rigid locating body with a flexible sealing membrane. This helps achieve IP67 and IP68 rated protection when correctly fitted while keeping installation straightforward for panel builders. This version is suited to 1.6mm panels, with locking finger steps listed below to support accurate selection against the panel detail.
