Developed for machine builders specifying a co-moulded closure with flexible sealing, this Nylon and TPE sealing plug protects panel holes from water, dust and dirt until a cable is pushed through the centre membrane. With a 38.9mm head diameter, it gives a neat finish on enclosure faces and machine panels.
Installation is push-fit and does not require specialist tools, making the plug suitable for workshop assembly and field replacement. The liquid tight design helps protect internal components against splashes, dust and light washdown exposure. This version is suited to 1.6mm panels, with locking finger steps listed below to support accurate selection against the panel detail.

Liquid tight break through plugs are co-moulded sealing parts used to close panel holes while retaining the option for cable entry.
