This 3.0mm ID top hat nylon bush is sized with a 3.0mm internal bore, 6.1mm outside diameter, 13.8mm shaft length and 8.2mm flange diameter for use around small screws, pins, wires and compact panel fixings. It gives UK engineers a simple flanged insert for protecting drilled holes while adding a controlled shoulder inside the assembly.
