This 4mm x 6mm PT45 Screw is intended for applications where improved corrosion resistance is required. It uses a Pan head, T15 Torx recess and A2 Stainless Steel construction with a trilobular thread form developed for hard-plastic fastening.
What Are Torx Pan PT45 Screws?
PT45 Torx Pan Screws use a three-lobed thread body that concentrates forming pressure around three points of the pilot hole. This geometry allows the screw to form a mating thread in harder plastics while using less torque than an equivalent fully round thread form.
