M2.5 x 4mm Slotted Grub Screw Cup Point A1 Stainless Steel DIN 438
The M2.5 x 4mm cup point set screw adds a useful extra millimetre of thread engagement over the 3mm version - at this tiny thread diameter that makes a genuine difference to holding strength. Used in small precision instruments, miniature gearboxes and compact sensor mounts where the assembly is tight but the fixing needs to resist light operational loads without slipping. The cup point protects smooth and ground shaft surfaces from damage during tightening. Drive with a standard flat-head screwdriver. A1 stainless steel keeps corrosion out of the equation without any additional coating and the headless design sits flush for a clean finish. DIN 438 / ISO 7436 compliant.
